One of my favorite things to cook is a Stir Fry. I can make a Peanut Butter Chicken dish that I have yet to find someone who does not completely love it. Once it arrived we took note of a few features. The packaging was very classy and was something I was comfortable leaving out on display on top of my stove. The ingredients are listed as 100% all natural. Today things like that should not be overlooked. The label states that it has no Trans fat or cholesterol. No sugars, gluten or salts were listed either. Also, according to the information provided, consuming olive oil can help to reduce the risks of heart disease, high blood pressure and our blood sugar levels. What a great thing extra virgin olive oil is. Let us not forget that it can make a substitute for butter in many recipes as well.

First up was my Great Value brand oil. The tastes definitely range of olives. It had a very distinct taste but not bad. After a bit of waiting and a few crackers later I took a small taste of the Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The tastes were quite similar. However, the Filippo Berio brand seemed to have a cleaner taste. Perhaps a way they filter it? It just seemed milder but not in a bad way. However, I am sure they have options to match.
